The Bowtie Demonstration Project is only a small portion of the greater 100 Acre Partnership at Taylor Yard. Small, but significant, the Bowtie Demonstration Project has big goals.
1. Maximize water quality benefits.
2. Maximize native habitat and minimize the risk of invasive species.
3. Focus on long-term health of the site.
4. Rehabilitate natural hydrology and hydraulic connectivity to the LA River.
5. Provide educational opportunities and public access along the LA River.
